Analogue addressable multisensor detector from the ZEOS AS series combining photoelectric smoke and heat detection with an integrated loop-isolator, designed for loop-connected fire alarm systems requiring enhanced fault-tolerance.

• Alarm loop current: approx. 4 mA when the LED is active
• Multisensor operation: photo-electric smoke sensing chamber plus heat sensing (fixed temperature or rate-of-rise) within one unit
• Integral short-circuit loop isolator ensures the remainder of the loop continues operation if wiring to this device is damaged

Notes:

• Each detector occupies one address on the protocol loop and communicates status and events to the control panel via the addressable network.
• Address setting is performed via DIP switches or an external programmer; installation must ensure correct wiring to utilise the built-in isolator effectively.
• Ideal for environments where both smoke and thermal detection are required but separate devices are impractical (e.g., variable-temperature or dusty areas).
• Routine maintenance and cleaning of the smoke chamber and heat sensor area are recommended to maintain performance.
